I have gone with my wife and family to Crivello's, probably once a month since we moved into the valley. It is hard to figure the unhappy customer's reviews based upon our experiences. We have always had wonderful service, extrordinary food and drink, and acceptable entertainment. When we have guests, we usually bring them to Crivello. None have ever been disapointed with the cuisine or the service. From my perspective, anything below a four rating is hard to figure.

BY FAR THE BEST RESTAURANT IN THE VALLEY. THE FOOD THE ENTERTAINMENT AND THE SERVICE ARE ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY GOOD GREAT BAR AND FRIENDLY PATRONS WE FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT WEEKLY.

I love to cook and enjoy going somewhere that is at least as good as I prepare at home.The atmosphere and the food has alway's been great!

Crivellos is hands down the best restaurant in the valley. I have never had a better steak in my life! They had a great band, a great crowd and the service was excellant. I'm so glad I found this place

This restaurant is horrible. I will never go back! Food was not very flavorful or good and the service was slow, unattentive and rude! Don't waste your money, time or a meal on Crivellos.

I had a very similar experience to 'Dissatisfied Customer'. The food was okay, the service sub-par (and rude) and the prices were inflated for what we ate. I would not recommend Crivellos and will no go back. Overated restaurant.

There is not a bettr place in the entire valley for delicious food ,great atmosphere, and entertainment. I can't even imagine where anyone would rather go.

I am not usually a harsh critic of restaurants but I feel obliged to warn you before visiting this restaurant. My first issue is the service-not only did our waiter insult me infront of my husband and friends as soon as we sat down, but he was snooty all night, acted too good for us, and our drinks went dry at least 3 times! The service was slow and extremely rude! The food was hit or miss-for 4 of us, 2 dishes were fabulous and 2 were quite aweful-taste and texture. I MAY return to give it another chance, but can promise you I will never allow myself to be served by the same waiter-I expect more than Crivellos offered when I am spending over $200 for dinner.

I was surprised to see any negative reviews. I've been there several times. The bread and tapenade is delicious for a starter. All of the pasta dishes on the menu are authentic and delicious. The specials are fine, just a little overpriced, not much value there. The wine selection is outstanding! It's obvious that the owners know their wine.

Last 2 times I was there the food was mediocre and the service was bad. I informed the waitress it was my husband's birthday and we were going to have dessert later.
When she found out we were not drinking alcohol she got us our food quickly and was done with us. She never came back to see if we wanted any dessert at all even when I told her it was my husband's birthday. I had to get the bus boy to hunt her down twice just to get my bill. Yet the place was fairly empty. Very dissapointing.

The dinner was good, the service was slow and there was hardley anyone in the place when we went in. I hate when servers are hard to find.

WENT FOR THE FIRST TIME FEB/06. FOOD WAS QUITE GOOD. YOU GET MUCH FOR YOUR DOLLARS. MUSIC IS A BIT TOO LOUD& OVER THE TOP BAND. SERVICE WAS GOOD. NEED TO GET THE WINE ON THE TABLE QUICKER.

My friends and I stopped in by chance and had an absolutely delightful lunch. I'm taking my husband there for his birthday - he'll love it! Save room for the spumoni!
